With over a decade of user-centered design experience, Nick leverages a broad and deep understanding of usability and cognitive design. He has a special interest in “object-oriented specifications”—a technique he helped develop to document complex and rich internet applications.

Nick was instrumental in defining the user experience architect role for TandemSeven and is responsible for leading the development and refinement of the company’s T7 Experience-Centered Design Methodology. Nick actively presents at industry conferences and forums on the importance of usability and the Web, and has been interviewed by Forrester, The Wall Street Journal, Chicago Tribune and Chicagoland Television network. He is also a frequent guest lecturer on designing usability into Internet applications. Nick earned a MS degree in Engineering Psychology and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. |
