• Integrating five call center applications and workflows into one streamlined user interface
• Redesigning an insurance sales agent portal
• Redesigning a pharmaceutical regulatory and compliance application
• Design and prototyping of foreign exchange trading and order management applications
• Redesigning and improving usability of an airline bookings site.
