Dr. Najjar’s experience includes:

• Co-designed Home Depot’s first online store
• Reorganized NASCAR.com
• Helped design the U.S. air traffic controller user interface
• Developed parts order extranet for GE Power Systems customers.

A prolific author, Dr. Najjar has published over 50 professional papers and 24 invention disclosures in the fields of user interface design, rapid prototyping and multimedia information and learning. Additionally, he served on the editorial board for the "Handbook of Human Factors in Web Design" and published a chapter on eCommerce user interface design. Dr. Najjar has given dozens of presentations at professional society meetings, industry lunches and academic classrooms. At a recent HCI International conference, he presented a paper on accessible Java application user interface design guidelines.

Dr. Najjar holds a MS and Ph.D. in Psychology with specializations in Engineering Psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts.
