JoAnne is expert in designing user-centered solutions and conducting user research for large corporations in the U.S., Canada and U.K. This experience provides her with a keen understanding of the implications involved with international, multi-lingual application environments.

She has led numerous design and prototype development efforts for multi-million dollar strategic initiatives, including reengineering requirements and information architecture design processes. Typical results of her work include streamlined customer workflows and increased customer satisfaction. Her industry expertise spans consumer product manufacturers, distribution, financial services, healthcare, high tech and retail. JoAnne's client list includes Cal Fed Bank, Eli Lilly, GE Capital, LeapFrog, Orbitz Worldwide, Sun Microsystems and Wells Fargo.

JoAnne has been featured in various publications in the human factors and cognitive systems engineering industry and has served as an instructor in psychology research methods at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.

JoAnne holds a MS in Human Factors Psychology at Wright State University and a BS in Engineering Psychology from the University of Illinois.
