Michelle is responsible for driving the revenue growth for TandemSeven by working closely with clients to understand and address their needs and by developing and executing the sales strategy for the company.
With nearly 20 years of experience in technology and consulting, Michelle combines practical industry and technology knowledge with a personalized style in working directly with clients and team members. Most recently Michelle has helped to grow the revenue base at TandemSeven by over 50% by developing strategic opportunities with new clients in the ecommerce, financial services, high tech and retail industries.
Previously, Michelle held senior positions at Niteo Partners and ZEFER Corporation. She functioned in various roles, including East Sales Lead and the Financial Services Practice Co-Leader where she grew the F500 client base by establishing client relationships including Fidelity Investments, State Street, Morgan Stanley, Brown Brothers Harriman, Eaton Vance and Investors Bank and Trust.
Earlier in her career, Michelle spent over ten years as a principal and management team member with CSC Consulting's Financial Services Practice, helping to develop the strategy to grow the business in the securities and capital markets areas to over $40m for the Boston area per annum by 1998, and by leading key client relationships including Wellington Management and Fidelity Investments.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Boston College and is an advisory board member of the Mass Technology Leadership Council.
