The CX discipline has gained considerable attention from the C-suite, becoming increasingly recognized as essential for measuring a digital experience. New research says that customer experience management is the CEO’s No. 1 choice for investment in 2015, according to a survey of 400 senior business leaders in user organizations worldwide.
Furthermore, Gartner recently predicted that by 2016, 89% of companies plan to compete primarily on the basis of customer experience.
