TandemSeven Announces New Usability Benchmarking and Management Service Offering

Boston, MA., October 25, 2004 - TandemSeven, a boutique consulting firm that specializes in the usability and design of complex applications, today announced an innovative new usability benchmarking and management service offering.

The new service provides organizations with a framework, repeatable process and tools to continually monitor and measure the usability of their software applications and Web sites.
