On Tuesday, June 23, TandemSeven and JP Morgan will present "Client-Centered Design at J.P. Morgan" during a special breakfast presentation at Forrester's Customer Experience Forum. In this session, attendees will learn why the Treasury Services Client Experience Group was created and how it grew. Using specific examples and anecdotes, the presenters will reveal the challenges that the group faced and how they addressed them. Attendees will also learn about the new activities the business is able to execute as a result of the group.
