Victoria Colaneri has more than 15 years experience developing and executing global HR Technology strategies that align with and support business strategy. Currently, she is the Director of HR Technology & Processes for Campbell Soup Company. Prior to that, she worked for the Altria family of companies (Altria, Kraft and Nabisco) where she provided thought leadership and creative insights to help identify, clarify, and resolve complex global HR issues with a focus on utilizing HR Technology to decrease administrative time and increase employee effectiveness.
Paul Eisen, Ph.D., Principal User Experience Architect, TandemSeven
With nearly 20 years of experience, Dr. Eisen specializes in conceptualization and design of world-class user-centered business solutions enabled by technology. He has led design of global portals, Web sites and rich internet applications for numerous organizations. He is expert in usability and design of applications, and boasts significant experience in business strategy, program management and financial analysis to support large application initiatives.
Dr. Eisen frequently presents at industry conferences on the benefits and techniques of user-centered design and usability assessment. He served as adjunct professor and designed and delivered courses on human factors of information systems.
